This area, sponsored by The Henderson County Medical Society, teaches children the importance of personal care. The Pick-A-Portion Café (Eat Smart/Move More initiative) and exercise equipment (Be Active initiative) help explore issues such as obesity, diet and exercise.

09-14	Happy Birthday to Hands On! Come to Hands On! Tuesday, September 14 and help us celebrate our 3rd birthday! Tania from Flat Rock Playhouse will lead a sing-along at 10:30 a.m. Make and decorate a birthday hat! And...have some delicious McFarlan's cake! Events are free with $5 admission/free for members
